چکیده:
اهداف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش خوردن آگاهانه مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر; کاهش وزن، خودکارآمدی، تنظیم هیجانی و تغذیه سالم زنان مبتلا به چاقی است. مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پس-آزمون- پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری، زنان چاق باشاخص توده بدنی (BMI) بالاتر یا برابر ۲۵ شهر کرج در سال ۱۳۹۸ بود. ۴۰ نفر با توجه به معیارهای ورود و نمونهگیری هدفمند به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. وزن با ترازو، خود کارآمدی با پرسشنامه سبک زندگی مبتنی بر خودکارآمدی وزن و خوردن هیجانی بامقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و تغذیه با چک لیست سنجش شد. آموزش طی ۱۲ جلسه هر جلسه ۱۵۰ دقیقه و دادهها با طرح تحلیل آمیخته، نرم افزار 22SPSS و سطح معناداری ۰۵/۰ و۰۱/۰ در نهایت برای۳۳ نفر تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نشان داداین آموزش برکاهش وزن (۰۰۱/ ۰=P)، خودکارآمدی (۰۰۱/ ۰=P)، تنظیم هیجانی (۰۰۱/ ۰=P) و تغذیه سالم زنان (۰۰۱/ ۰=P) اثربخش بوده است. نتیجهگیری: آموزش خوردن آگاهانه بر برکاهش وزن، خودکارآمدی، تنظیم هیجانی و تغذیه سالم زنان مبتلا به چاقی اثربخش بود. این آموزش به متخصصان فعال در این حوزه پیشنهاد میشود.
Objectives: The main purpose of current study is “evaluation of effectiveness of mindfulness-based eating awareness training (MB_EAT) on weight, self-efficacy, emotion regulation and healty diet in obese women.” Methods: The research method was semi-experimental with Pre-test, post-test and follow-up test design, and comparing them with a control group. Forty subjects were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups according to the inclusion criteria and targeted sampling. Weight, Weight Efficacy Lifestyle Questionnaire, Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale and self-reported diet intake were assessed before, after and three months after the intervention. Mindfulness-based eating awareness training intervention was held during 12 sessions of 150 minutes. Repeated measurement analysis of variance was used. Results: The results showed that mindfulness-based eating awareness training weight, self-efficacy (P = 0.001), emotion regulation (P = 0.001) and nutritional behavior was effective (P = 0.001). Conclusion: Mindfulness based-eating awareness training was effective on biological, psychological and behavioral indicators of overweight and obese women. This study is designed to maximize real-world application.
