چکیده:
مقدمه: در مجموع، استرس یک ویژگی کاملا شناخته شده تجربة زندگی دانشجویی قلمداد میشود. با این وجود، شواهدی کمی پیرامون نقش سازة تابآوری در رویارویی با تجارب استرسزا وجود دارد. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تابآوری روانشناختی بر افکار خودآیند منفی و راهبردهای مقابلة شناختی دانشجویان انجام شد.
روش: در این پژوهش شبهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری، 30 دانشجوی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، قبل و بعد از آموزش به پرسشنامه افکار خودآیند منفی و پرسشنامه راهبردهای نظمبخشی شناختی هیجان، پاسخ دادند. از طریق 10 جلسه و هر جلسه یک ساعت، برنامه آموزش تابآوری روان شناختی به شیوه گروهی برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد.
نتایج: نتایج روشهای آماری تحلیل کواریانس تکمتغیری و چندمتغیری نشان داد که در کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت برنامه مداخلهای در افزایش راهبردهای انطباقی مقابلة شناختی شامل پذیرش، بازارزیابی مثبت، بازتمرکز مثبت، تمرکز بر برنامهریزی و دیدگاهگیری و کاهش افکار خودآیند منفی و کاهش راهبردهای غیرانطباقی مقابلة شناختی شامل خودسرزنشگری، دگرسرزنشگری، نشخوارگری ذهنی و فاجعهسازی موثر بود.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعة حاضر نشان میدهد که برنامة آموزش تابآوری روانشناختی از طریق تقویت راهبردهای تفکر مثبت، راهبردهای انطباقی مدیریت هیجان و همچنین ارتقای مهارتهای رابطة بینفردی، در تحقق ایدة مصونیت روانی فراگیران به طور تجربی موثر واقع میشود.
Introduction: Globally, stress is a well-recognized feature of the life of undergraduate students. However, there currently is little evidence to suggest what role resilience plays in this issue. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of resilience education program on negative automatic thoughts and cognitive coping strategies among university students. Method: In this quesi-experimental study with pretest-posttest nonequivalent-group design in company with follow up stage, 30 university students with in experimental and control groups responded to the Negative Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire (Hollon & Kendall, 1980) and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (Garnefski, Kraaij & Spinhoven, 2001). The experimental group received 10 resilience training sessions (1 hours a session). Result: The results of statistical procedures of multivariate and univariate covariance analysis indicated that resilience education program was effective in increasing adaptive coping strategies consists of acceptance, positive reappraisal, positive refocusing, refocus on planning and putting into perspective and in decreasing negative automatic thoughts and non-adaptive coping strategies consists of self-blame, other-blame, rumination and catastrophizing in short term and long term. Discussion and conclusion: : These findings suggest that resilience training program by increasing positive thinking strategies, adaptive emotional management skills and interpersonal relationships skills enrichment could result in mental immunization in students.
