چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: بیماری دیابت یکی از شایعترین اختلالات متابولیکی در سراسر جهان است که شیوع آن در حال افزایش است و به یکی از نگرانیهای سلامت عمومی در قرن حاضر تبدیل شده است. باید توجه داشت که عوامل شناختی، رفتاری، هیجانی و اجتماعی در سیر ابتلاء به دیابت، تنظیم، و مهار آن نقش دارند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان ایمنسازی روانی بر افسردگی و اضطراب کودکان مبتلا به دیابت بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون– پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود .جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه کودکان 12-8 سال مبتلا به دیابت بودند که در سه ماهه نخست سال 1397 به مراکز درمانی شهر اهواز مراجعه کردند که از بین آنها تعداد 30 کودک به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب، و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) جایدهی شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های افسردگی کودکان (رینولدز، 1989) و اضطرابکودکان (بک،1990) بود. ابتدا برای دو گروه پیش آزمون اجرا شد و سپس مداخله ایمنسازی روانی در مقابل تنیدگی برای کودکان و مادران گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه60 دقیقه ای به صورت گروهی اجرا شد (در طول دو ماه، هفته ای دو جلسه) و گروه گواه در نوبت مداخله قرار گرفت. در پایان برای هر دو گروه پس آزمون اجرا شد و دادهها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-19 تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که ایمن سازی روانی بر افسردگی (0/001>P؛ 21/04=F) و اضطراب (0/001>P؛ 19/43=F) کودکان مبتلا به دیابت، تأثیر مثبت معنادار داشته است. نتیجه گیری: بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد مداخلات مبتنی بر ایمنسازی روانی با تأثیرگذاری بر والدین و فرزند آنها برکاهش نشانههای افسردگی و اضطراب کودکان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 1، اثر دارد.
Background and Purpose: Diabetes is one of the most common metabolic disorders that its prevalence is becoming a public health concern in the present century. It should be noted that cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and social factors play an important role in the development, regulation, and inhibition of diabetes. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of psychosomatic immunization therapy on depression and anxiety in children with diabetes.
Method: The present study was a semi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the study included all children aged 12-8 years with diabetes who referred to Ahvaz city medical centers in the first quarter of 2018. The sample consisted of 30 children from the statistical population who were selected by convenient sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. The research instruments included Children's Depression Questionnaire (Reynolds, 1989) and Children's Anxiety Inventory (Beck, 1990). First, pre-test were performed for two groups, and then psycho-emotional intervention against stress for children and mothers of the experimental group was performed for ten 60-minute sessions (during two months, two sessions per week) and the control group, and the control group did not receive the intervention. It was the turn of the intervention. Finally, post-test was performed for both groups and the data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance using SPSS-19 software.

Conclusion: Overall, the results showed that psychological immunization interventions, by influencing parents and their children, reduced the symptoms of depression and anxiety in children with type 1 diabetes.
