Paloutzian and Ellison's Spiritual Well-being Questionnaire, the revised version of the Rowley et al.’s. Results: Based on the results, the causal model of the relationship between cognitive appraisal, self-efficacy and spiritual well-being in veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder was confirmed based on various fitting indicators. Cognitive appraisal and self-efficacy have a direct effect on the spiritual well-being of veterans with stress disorder; Also, cognitive appraisal through self-efficacy has an indirect effect on spiritual well-being of veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (P<0.05).
