چکیده:
هدف از انجام پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی سکوت سازمانی در رابطه عدالت سازمان و قصد ترک خدمت کارکنان بنیاد شهید استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بود. این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش کارکنان بنیاد شهید استان چهارمحال و بختیاری به تعداد 130 نفر میباشد. تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده گردید که حجم نمونه آماری برابر 97 نفر به دست آمد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه مستخرج از پژوهش کاکیراگولا (2022) میباشد. روایی سازه و روایی همگرا پرسشنامه نیز تایید شد. سپس پایایی پرسشنامه توسط ضریب آلفا کرونباخ تایید گردید. برای تحلیل فرضیهها از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار PLS استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد عدالت سازمانی بر کاهش قصد ترک خدمت کارکنان و سکوت سازمانی اثرگذار است. سکوت سازمانی اثر مثبت و معنادار بر نیت ترک دارد. همچنین عدالت سازمانی بر قصد ترک خدمت کارکنان با نقش میانجی سکوت سازمانی اثرگذار است.
The purpose of the research was to investigate the mediating role of organizational silence in relation to organizational justice and the intention to leave the service of Shahid Foundation employees of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. This research is applied and correlational and the statistical population of the research is 130 employees of Shahid Foundation of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province. To determine the sample size, Morgan's table was used, and the statistical sample size was 97 people. The data collection tool is a questionnaire taken from the research of Kakiragula (2022). The construct validity and convergent validity of the questionnaire were also confirmed. Then the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To analyze the hypotheses, structural equation modeling was used with the help of PLS software. The results showed that organizational justice has an effect on reducing employees' intention to leave the service and organizational silence. Organizational silence has a positive and significant effect on the intention to leave. Also, organizational justice has an effect on the intention of employees to leave the service with the mediating role of organizational silence.
