چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: هنگامی که جرم اتفاق می افتد هدف اولیه پلیس، حل جرم و ادراک این جنایت است. این پژوهش با هدف نقش مصاحبه پلیس در حل جرم و ارتقاء سلامت روانشناختی قربانیان و شهود انجام شد. از سویی در پژوهش حاضر، پروتکل مصاحبه شناختی به عنوان روشی برای تحقق این اهداف معرفی گردید. روش: این پژوهش به دو صورت میدانی و کتابخانه ای صورت گرفت. جامعۀ پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیۀ پرونده ها و مصاحبۀ جاری در حالِ انجام پلیس آگاهی تهران (آگاهی شاپور) در نیمه دوم سال 97 بود. نمونۀ پژوهش حاضر شامل 20 مصاحبۀ جاری در حالِ انجام پلیس آگاهی تهران در نیمه دوم سال 97 بود که این نمونه به شیوۀ هدفمند انتخاب شد. یافتهها: به طور کلی نتایج تحلیل ها حاکی از این بود که در مصاحبه های مرسوم، بازجوی پلیس از شاهدان و قربانیان، مواردی از مصاحبۀ ایدهآل و مطلوب همچون منابع ذهنی محدود، پرسشگری سازگار با شاهد، بازیابی چندگانه، دست کم گرفتن یادآوری سازا و مشارکت فعال شاهد وجود داشت و مصاحبه های صورت گرفته از این نظر مطلوب به نظر می رسیدند. نتیجهگیری: میتوان نتیجه گرفت با توجه به اینکه قربانیان و شاهدان مهمترین منبع اصلی برای حل پروندههای جنایی هستند، اخذ اطلاعات از آنها باید بهصورت کاملاً حرفهای و با مهارت بالا انجام شود و بازپرسهای پلیس باید به بهترین شکل ممکن تربیت شوند. لذا شایسته است این حوزه بهصورت مستمر در حال آموزش، پیشرفت و توسعه باشد.
Backgro und and purpose: When a crime occurs, the primary goal of the police is to solve the crime and understand the crime. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of police interviews in solving crimes and promoting the mental health of victims and witnesses. On the other hand, in the present study, cognitive interview protocol was introduced as a way to achieve these goals. Method: This research was conducted in both field and library. The present study population included all the files and the current interview conducted by the Tehran Intelligence Police (Agahi Shapoor) in the second half of 1997. The sample of the present study included 20 ongoing interviews conducted by the Tehran Intelligence Police in the second half of 1997. This sample was purposefully selected. Findings: In general, the results of the analysis indicated that in routine interviews, police interrogation of witnesses and victims, cases of ideal and desirable interviews such as limited mental resources, consistent questioning of the witness, multiple retrieval, underestimation. There was constructive reminders and active participation of the witness, and the interviews conducted seemed favorable in this regard. Conclusion: It can be concluded that since victims and witnesses are the most important source for resolving criminal cases, obtaining information from them should be done in a completely professional and highly skilled manner and police investigators should be trained in the best possible way. Therefore, it is necessary for this field to be continuously training, progressing and developing.
