Objective: Capital and capital adequacy ratio are considered as one of the important indicators in the banking network and financial institutions, which are very important for guaranteeing stability and improving the performance of the banking system. On the other hand, the banking network, as one of the most important parts of the macroeconomics, plays an important role in the general balance of the economy and the transmission of economic shocks in the society. Therefore, in this research, our objective is to investigate the relationship between the banking sector and the role of the Central Bank as a legislator with other economic sectors. In order to do this, in a Dynamic Stichastic General Equilibrium model, the role of banks and their capital along with the indirect tools of the central bank have been considered in terms of the probability of endogenous default for companies and banks. Also, the capital adequacy ratio in the model is designed based on the standards of basel one and two. Methods: The method used in this research is the DSGE model. Information related to macroeconomic variables for the period 1375-1398 and other studies have been used to conduct the research. Results: The results of economic simulation and estimation of the model with detrended variables in response to the shocks of bank capital increase as well as the positive oil shock on the defined variables show that the designed model is largely consistent with theoretical expectations and past experiences in Iran's growth. The results show that the central bank can use capital as an effective tool to influence the real variables of the economy. The process of this change starts from the banks' balance sheets. With the mandated increase of the capital adequacy rate by the central bank, banks have fewer resources to distribute profits and grant facilities. The decrease in the granting of facilities leads to an increase in the rate of facilities, a decrease in consumption and investment, and finally a temporary decrease in the GDP. The positive oil shock is also important due to the influence of banks in the society. In other words, because of a positive oil shock, the amount of liquidity obtained from the sale of oil increases, and with the improvement of the banks' liquidity, the volume of facilities increases. As a result of this increase, economic variables improve and the probability of default for facilities decreases. The profitability of banks increases and the GDP temporarily increases. Conclusion: Capital has a fundamental role in the mechanism of transferring banks to society. The central bank can also achieve its desired goals by changing the capital amount of banks. The oil shock also has a significant effect on the real variables of the economy through the banking network. Therefore, dependence on the oil sector is still observed in Iran's economy.
